Palm Bali Villa is a private living in Ungasan, Surrounded by other prestigious estate and Golf course at Pecatu Graha. Just 20 minutes from Ngurah Rai Airport, 7 minutes to golf courses, 10 minutes to White sand beaches and walking distance to Nirmala Supermarket and Garage Restaurant. Palm Bali Villa is ideally located to suit every lifestyle.

• Rooms and bath amenity
• General Cleaning only on Monday and Thursday at 10:00 am until 11:55 am
• Indovision Satellite Television at Living room, and local TV for each rooms
3. The price not including :
• Breakfast , Food and Drink
• Internet Quota ( per Gigabyte ) 4G access | The internet Number : 08133 819 8612 to be pulse refilled | User : palmbali and password : gede12345
• Daily general Cleaning ( to add daily Charge IDR. 150.000;- / 4 hours / day )
• Airport Transport

4. Narcotics are strictly prohibited. You may only bring two liters of Alcohol and maximum of 200 cigarettes ( 50 cigars )
5. At the The private swimming pool there is no life guard on duty during your stay here and all guests is at your own risk. The pool is 1 meters to 2 meters depth. Children under the age of 12 or who are unable to swim should not use the pool without adult supervision.
6. Guest are responsible for any damage to the Villa property or for any extra charges incurred. We will ask you to settle all the outstanding payments or damage repayment prior to departure. Theft of goods in any form will be reported to the police and the villa is equipped with CCTV
